It has good corrosion resistance in non-oxidizing acids such as sulfuric acid, acetic acid, formic acid and phosphoric acid, good pitting resistance in neutral chlorine-containing medium, and good crack corrosion resistance and stress corrosion resistance.Suitable for all kinds of sulfuric acid under 70℃, under the pressure of any concentration, any temperature of acetic acid and acid and acetic acid mixed acid corrosion resistance is also very good. Super austenitic stainless steel 904L(00cr20ni25mo4.5cu;UNS: N08904;EN:1.4539) is a high alloy austenitic stainless steel with low carbon content, excellent corrosion resistance in dilute sulfuric acid and designed for environments with harsh corrosion conditions.It has high content of chromium and enough content of nickel, the addition of copper makes it have strong acid resistance, especially high resistance to chloride clearance corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, not easy to appear corrosion spots and cracks, slightly better than other steel pitting resistance, with good workability and weldability, can be used in pressure vessels
